Being named CIO at the newly created Agency of Governmental Control (Agencia Gubernamental de Control [AGC]) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, gave coauthor Pablo Lera a great opportunity -- the challenge of helping to address and resolve the needs of citizens and the AGC.
