
Ben van der Schaaf
Ben van der Schaaf is a Cutter Consortium Senior Consultant and a principal at Arthur D. Little. He is an experienced management consultant and program manager with an international background in finance and general management. He is focused on the life sciences and healthcare sector, specifically working in pharmaceutical R&D and commercial operations.
Ben’s expertise includes post-merger integration, complex program delivery, quality and compliance, strategic sourcing and partnering, organizational analysis and design, commercialization, salesforce effectiveness, and operations management. He is skilled in stakeholder management, change management and collaboration, and has strong analytical and financial management skills. Ben has broad international business experience.
Ben, who is fluent in Dutch and English, holds an MBA with an operations and finance concentration from the University of Maine School of Business. His undergraduate degree in accounting and auditing is from NIVRA-Nyenrode. In addition, he has studied business design and business and enterprise architecture at Henley Management College.
