David Snowden is the founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Cognitive Edge, an independent organization that manages an open source approach to consultancy method as well as software development and research. He is a coauthor of the award-winning November 2007 Harvard Business Review cover article "A Leader's Framework for Decision Making" and the creator of the Cynefin Framework.
