Anjali Kaushik

Cutter Fellow Anjali Kaushik is a Professor at the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, India, and Chair for MDI’s Center on Emerging Technologies, which conducts capacity building in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things. She also leads a cybersecurity fellowship program for senior Indian government officers. Dr. Kaushik has worked as a consultant on various projects related to strategic planning, policymaking in e-governance, and cybersecurity. She is a lead expert in e-governance and cybersecurity with the National e-Governance Division, Government of India, and led the project for delivering the Cyber Security Assurance Framework with the Indian Government. Dr. Kaushik has been a consultant for the evaluation of the National e-Governance Awards for four consecutive years. She has authored five books and has published more than 35 papers in peer-reviewed international journals. Dr. Kaushik belongs to the first batch of Lady Officers in the Indian Air Force and is a Chevening-Oxford Fellow. Dr. Kaushik earned a PhD from Delhi University.
