He has 30 years’ consulting experience in innovation, technology management, and R&D in strategy and organization/transformation, along with nearly a decade of industrial experience in capital projects. Mr. Eagar focuses on new growth strategies, innovation strategies, R&D organizational and process redesign, transformation of national research institutes, technology strategies, and benchmarking. He is the author of various publications on innovation and R&D management, and is a regular speaker at international conferences..
