François-Joseph Van Audenhove is a Partner at Arthur D. Little (ADL), Global Practice Manager of ADL’s Travel and Transportation (T&T) practice, a member of ADL’s Strategy & Organization (SO) practice, and a member of ADL’s AMP open consulting network. He leads ADL’s Global Competence Center in Rail and Urban Transport; heads ADL’s Future of Urban Mobility Lab, a think tank on mobility; and is a recognized key speaker on mobility topics. Mr. Van Audenhove specializes in the management of complex strategic and organizational transformation programs, serving clients across several industries on topics ranging from strategy development and implementation, strategic positioning, commercial offering redesign, value-based risk management, and performance improvement to strategic competence management.
